A paper will appear in the proceedings:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If at least one of the authors of the finally accepted paper registers by paying appropriate fees before the registration deadline,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit the IEEE e-copyright form online,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upload a camera-ready version of the paper (as per the instructions), and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fills up the Google form, and Presents the paper as per the schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IEEE reserves the right to exclude an accepted paper from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and\/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore. Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera ready version of your paper:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>The final camera ready paper is due on <\/i><\/b><b>24 September 2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera-ready version of your paper:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>STEP 1: FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER PREPARATION<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Address Reviewer Comments:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Carefully revise your manuscript according to the reviewers\u2019 feedback and thoroughly proofread it to correct all grammatical errors and typos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Formatting &amp; Template:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Format your paper using the standard IEEE conference templates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Author Details:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Include all author names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the final manuscript.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Specifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Page Limit:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4 to 6 pages (strictly enforced; papers <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cannot<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> exceed 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paper Size:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> US Letter or A4 format.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>File Size:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Maximum allowable size is 5 MB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Language &amp; Security:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The paper must be written in English, contain no password protection, and have all fonts embedded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Plagiarism Policy:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Similarity reports must be <\/span><b>below 30%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You may convert your paper from your source application format to Xplore-compatible PDF by using<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\"><b>IEEE PDF eXpress<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In brief, you need to follow the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First-time users should create an IEEE PDFeXpress\u00ae account, entering basic contact information, and getting confirmation of account creation email.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Login to IEEE PDFeXpress using the following info: <\/span><b>72289X<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the Conference ID , Your registered email address &amp; Your password<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you login<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upload the source file that contains your paper for conversion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive by email the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next you need the camera-ready pdf file that is generated from the IEEE PDF eXpress or passed by the PDF eXpress compliant checking). The PDF eXpress compatibility file should be renamed as { <\/span><b>pdf (For example: 981.pdf)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">}<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please along with IEEE PDF eXpress compliant pdf file preserve a copy of the compliance message from PDF eXpress which needs to be submitted during your registration.
